个人简介

公共卫生与全健康国际学院院长和教授、国家重点研发计划“主动健康和老龄化科技应对”重点专项《健康体检大数据云平台构建》项目牵头人和首席科学家、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目《面向人群健康和重大疾病的大数据集成共享平台研究及示范应用》骨干专家、国家中医药综合改革示范区建设专家咨询委员会专家委员、海南省食品安全风险评估委员会主任委员、海南省卫生信息学会会长、海南省基本公共卫生质控中心主任。

作为专家参与撰写《中国心血管病一级预防指南》《真实世界研究指南》《老年人能力评估师国家职业技能标准》等，牵头完成了《新华指数·健康体检大数据糖尿病地图》和《新华指数·康体检大数据心血管健康报告》等编写工作。新冠暴发之初，早期预警并撰写了中国最早的全面的新冠防护科普材料《家庭预防新冠病毒指引20条》，得到广泛传播。作为流行病学专家参与了国家卫健委、工程院、财政部和部分省市的疫情防控工作，参与100多篇科普文章的撰写和采访，其中两篇文章浏览量均超过上亿人次，部分视频讲座均场超过百万人次。

北京大学医学部毕业后任教，后成为国家第一批考录卫生部公务员，参与组织国家疾病防控综合计划管理、计划免疫以及慢性病防控工作。辞职后，在华盛顿大学攻读硕士学位，研究妊娠疾病的预防以及非洲传染病危险因素等，取得流行病学公共卫生硕士学位和国际健康项目证书。硕士毕业后在哈佛大学医学院工作，第二年考取并攻读哈佛大学博士学位，研究代谢疾病人群中肿瘤风险增加的机理和预防。博士毕业后直接就职于弗吉尼亚医学院成为终身系列助理教授、博士导师及博士后导师，并建立癌症幸存者队列研究。之后任葛兰素史克(GlaxoSmithKline)流行病学总监，领导参与了cabotegravir等十余个药物上市前后的研究，通过医学循证，创造了新药上市进医保的最快纪录，并发明用大数据寻找新药的方法，获得最高学术职位的Senior Fellow。作为共同创始人，创立清华大学-葛兰素史克全球健康中心。之后，就任A股上市公司美年大健康副总裁和首席科学家、北京大学医学部公共卫生学院特聘教授，共同创建北京大学医学部美年公众健康研究院出任执行院长等职。

宁毅教授作为海南引进杰出人才，着力于培养有国际视野的高水平的公共卫生人才，满足海南自贸港设的需求。同时，聚焦于数据循证指导医药和疾病防控实践，促进对疾病有针对性的临床防治和康复。
