学术成果:
取得的科研成果:①构建具有普适性的分泌序列筛选系统pBU,批量发掘了典型病原菌的致病基因,阐明了重要致病因子的致病机制;②挖掘病原菌的DNA分子标签,结合PCR等实验室常用技术发展了病原菌的快速、特异、灵敏检测方法;③研究病原菌的致病机制,筛选获得了香豆素、荧光铁载体等靶向致病过程的生物制剂,发展以“抑制致病力”为靶标的疾病防治方法。已在“Applied and Environmental Microbiology”、“Vaccine”、“Journal of Hazardous Material ”和“Microbial pathogenesis”等期刊发表第一或通讯SCI论文40余篇。授权国家发明专利16项,在病原菌和有益菌的分离鉴定、功能基因研究及病原菌防控等领域有较好的积累。入选浙江省杰青、浙江省151人才工程、高等学校中青年学科带头人、宁波市领军和拔尖人才培养工程等荣誉称号。
